How we handle your information
This notice explains what Parseus AI collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
Strategy conversation applications: your name, professional role, organization, email address, area of interest, a description of your challenge, the outcome you’d like, and your project stage.
Roundtable interest and registrations: your name, professional role, organization, email address, an optional question for discussion, and whether you’d like to hear about future roundtables.
Email: anything you choose to include when you write to us.
Please don’t send confidential or commercially sensitive information through these forms.
Why we collect it
- To review applications, select participants and arrange conversations.
- To record interest in roundtables, invite you to register once a date is confirmed, manage registrations, places and waitlists, and send confirmations, joining details, reminders and follow-ups.
- To tell you about future roundtables, only if you ask us to.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to marketing lists you haven’t asked to join.
Where it’s stored
Form submissions are stored in Parseus AI’s Google Workspace account and are accessible only to the people at Parseus AI who handle applications and registrations. They are not stored on this website or in its public code repository.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions only as long as we need them for the purposes above, and we periodically delete information we no longer need.
Your choices
You can withdraw an application, expression of interest or registration, ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it at any time by emailing info@parseus.ai.
